Hi readers,
Here is a blog post on losing weight.
1) Basically, the rule is: eat less and exercise
more.
2) Don't follow the Atkin's diet. It can kill. An
overdose of proteins can destroy your liver even
though there may be weight loss for some
individuals.
3) If you must follow the Atkin's diet given it
works for you, modify it. Shift part of your
carbohyrates from rice, noodles, bread or
potatoes to fruits, which has simpler sugars.
Then make proteins about the same as your usual
proportion in your diet.
4) Being obese can increase bad cholesterol in
body, which leads to certain diseases such as
high blood pressure and heart disease.
However, the truth is it is the mal-functioned
liver which produces the bad cholesterol, which
means thin people can also have a high level
of bad cholesterol in the body.
5) Lastly, eat a bit of everything and anything.
Don't be too obsessed with any one food.
Cheers,
Crystal
